Voyage management

One voyage record that carries the plan, the fuel, the cost and the compliance.

Most small operators run a voyage across a planning spreadsheet, an email chain, a fuel file and a separate compliance file, then reconcile them afterwards — if at all. The cost of that is not admin time; it is that nobody can say what a voyage actually earned until long after it could have been changed.

What it does

  • Voyage planning with route, speed and consumption assumptions, then the actuals recorded against them
  • Fuel, port costs and canal dues in the same record as the freight
  • Emissions cost in the voyage result — EU ETS and FuelEU exposure, not a separate exercise
  • Fleet-level analytics once several voyages are closed
  • Documents, logbook entries and delivery records attached to the voyage they belong to

Who it is for

Owners and operators of small and mid-size fleets who need a voyage record without a full commercial ERP.

Plan and actual in the same place

An estimate that lives in a different file from the outcome cannot teach you anything. When the plan and what happened sit on one record, the difference between them is visible while the next fixture is still being negotiated.

Compliance cost is a voyage cost

EU ETS allowances and FuelEU exposure are a cost of the voyage, on the same footing as bunkers and port dues. Treated as a year-end compliance exercise they arrive too late to affect any decision; carried in the voyage result they can.

Common questions

Is this a full commercial ERP?

No. It covers voyage planning and results, bunkers, the logbook and the compliance figures for small and mid-size fleets. It is not a chartering and post-fixture suite.

Does the voyage result include emissions cost?

Yes. EU ETS and FuelEU exposure are carried in the voyage result rather than calculated separately at year end.

Where do the actual figures come from?

From the logbook and noon reports recorded during the voyage, so the result is built from the vessel’s own record rather than re-entered.

Free for shipowners

Bunker procurement is free for shipowners — suppliers pay the commission. The compliance layer comes with it.
